2010 CSA Sign Ups have Begun: We have contacted 2009 CSA members to sign up again for this season this week.  After they have signed up, any remaining slots will be opened up to the waiting list.  If you are on the waiting list, you can expect to hear from us by the end of February.  Thank you for your interest in the program.

Farm Stand opens this Friday!

The Hickories is happy to announce…

• The Stand on Lounsbury Road opens this Friday, June 6th.
It has been a long and exciting winter of preparation, and we are finally ready once again...

As it is the start of the season we will have limited hours – weekends for the first few weeks – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11-7. Directions can be found on our website: www.thehickories.org. Come taste the first pickings of this year’s harvest:
fresh strawberries
spinach
rhubarb
pac choi
spring lettuce
spinach
arugula
radishes
maple syrup and honey

Summer is almost here and as the crops starts to trickle in there is a limited supply so come early if you can.
