Description
Sautéed Bok Choy and Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 --- bok choy
- 4 clv garlic
- 1⁄2 c white wine vinegar
- 3 T olive oil
Instructions
Add the olive oil to a preheated, coverable skillet on medium-high heat.
Add the Garlic, and let it sizzle a little bit.
Slice Bok choy in half, and place sliced-side down in the hot oil.
Let it brown a little, turn it over, and let it brown a little more.
Add your White wine vinegar (and a little water if necessary) and cover tightly. Let the bok choy steam and the sauce reduce until brownish.
Serve!
