Description

Maple Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c butter (unsalted)
  • 1⁄2 c sweet cream
  • 1⁄2 c maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 c sugar

Instructions

Cook the ingredients together in double boiler until smooth and well-blended.

Notes

Serve warm on pudding, ice cream, cake, bread pudding, etc.
