Description

The easiest way to enjoy delicious, nutritious kale!

Ingredients

  • 1 bn kale
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 pn sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Wash kale and pat dry. With sharp knife, cut main stem from kale and set aside. Lightly but evenly brush remaining leaves with olive oil. Cut into potato-chip sized pieces. Place on cookie sheet. Salt to taste. Bake about 10 -15 minutes, checking frequently. Remove promptly when light, dry, crisp, and slightly brown.
