Pork Cutlets with Mustard-Maple Sauce

Description
Quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 4 oz boneless pork loin chops
- 3 oz minced fresh sage or 1 tsp dried
- 1 oz butter
- 1⁄2 oz low-salt chicken broth
- 1 oz dina's maple syrup
- 1 oz mustard: coarse-grained
Instructions
1. Place chops between sheets of plastic wrap and pound chops to thickness of 1/3 inch. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tsp sage, salt and generous amount of pepepr. Set aside
2. Melp butter in heavy medium skillet over med-high heat. Add chops and cook through, browning on both sides. Remove chops from pan.
3. Add broth maple syrup, mustard and remaining sage. Boil until it is syrupy (about 3 minutes). Reduce heat to low and return pork and juices. Leave there about 1 min until heated through.
Notes
Good served with rice and asparagus.
