Apple Ridge Farm in Ridgefield Connecticut, raises local grass-fed beef cattle without hormones or steroids. The 15 acres of farmland at Old Stage Coach Road and Ridgebury Road was previously owned by the McKeon family and used as a dairy farm. It is now owned by the town. Their free-range cattle are fed on all natural grass with no fertilizer or pesticides.
